Lived here for over a year. Friendly and communicative management with quick responses to maintenance requests. Consistent community events and a very safe, neighborhoody atmosphere. Genuinely might be the best apartment complex in Atlanta

I’m about to hit two years living here, and I honestly cannot say enough positive things about it. The manager is amazing and helpful, and genuinely friendly! The complex is relatively quiet, despite having college students around. Nearly everyone has dogs, so you get to see cute pups all the time. The units are really great sizes for the price. I’ve lived in both a 1 bed, and for the last year a 2 bed. Absolutely worth every penny. The neighborhood is safe, and clean, and close to pretty much everywhere you’d want to go in Atlanta. Maintenance issues are always resolved quickly. It’s honestly the best complex I’ve ever lived in!
